Over the past few months, they have twice been denied the possibility of visiting the Basque Country to receive basic training in sociolinguistics and to learn about the Basque language experience. From Garabide, we wish to denounce the arbitrariness behind this visa denial and the structural injustice suffered by the Guaraní people

Several organizations have taken part in this project: Soziolinguistika Klusterra, Taupa Euskaltzaleen Mugimendua, the collective Plazara and the Garabide association. The International Congress will be from September 23 to 26 in Bilbao, Irun and Hendaia.
