BIHAR International Congress

The BIHAR initiative places at the center minority language communities that are undergoing revitalization processes, focusing on the discourses and narratives surrounding language revitalization. Based on an international diagnosis and strengthened through a socialization process carried out across the Basque Country, it will be a four-day congress held from September 23 to 26 between Bilbao, Irun and Hendaia.

It will be a unique and large-scale initiative. An opportunity to look outward to the world and to position ourselves globally.
