Under the slogan “The world emerging from languages”, Garabide, Taupa Euskaltzaleen Mugimendua, Soziolinguistika Klusterra and the Plazara collective have organized a four-day international congress. The Bihar initiative was presented on the 11th at the Borderline factory in Hendaia.
