We often hear Euskara described as a minority or minoritized language, but, as Gorane Aiesta, a member of Garabide, explains, we need to move beyond this pessimistic perspective if we want to secure the future of the Euskara. These reflections have emerged in the context of BIHAR, the Congress of Languages undergoing Revitalization, which is bringing together participants from 35 international language communities in the Basque Country over these days.
