Viktor Naqill (Wallmapu, Chile, 1967) is currently in the Basque Country giving talks on the situation of the Mapuche people and their language, Mapuzungun. Over the past few decades, he has devoted his efforts to rethinking political strategies for reclaiming this minoritized language.
