The “minga” (collective community work) for Life, Territory, Democracy, Justice, and Peace began on March 10 in the Cauca region of Colombia. 15,000 Indigenous people have mobilized and blocked roads, together with various peasant associations and social and civil movements. In clashes with the police, 10 people have died and dozens have been injured.
