The HIBIL training program is now underway as part of the initiative for the revitalization of minority languages. Twenty participants from ten linguistic communities across Africa and the Americas have arrived in the Basque Country and, until April 1, will take part in a series of educational visits and field activities focused on language revitalization experiences.
