A gap — that is the starting point of the Garabide project: turning Basque cooperation into conventional cooperation and failing to offer its own identity. And a need: to understand together socio-economic degradation, the decline of peoples’ identities, and the destruction of nature, and to extend cooperation beyond socio-economic fields. Even more so, at a decisive moment of identity loss in many communities around the world.
